I have lost 4 friends to breast cancer in the past 3 years, all dynamic women in the prime of their lives...

Belinda was loved and loved those in return. She also made an impressive and eternal impression on this Earth, that nothing will erase. Rest in peace Belinda, you were a woman of inner and outer beauty, strength, optimism, talent and humour.

I broke down in tears at the news of Belinda’s passing. I am so so sorry. I guess we all knew it was coming but sincerely hoped it wouldn't. She was a beautiful person and an inspiration to others fighting cancer. She was so brave and dignified in her battle. But now the battle is over. It is of great comfort to know that she died feeling the extraordinary love and support from her wonderful husband and family. Not to mention the support from the general public. Rove, I can't imagine what you are feeling right now, to have lost your soul mate. I wish she hadn't been taken from you so soon but I'm sure you are left with many wonderful memories to cherish. I don't know what more I can say. Be strong. My best wishes to you and Belinda’s family.

I was so sad to hear the news that Belinda had lost her battle with cancer . I had never met her, but she always made herself available to help anyone who was also battling cancer during her long battle. I just wanted to pass on my sympathies to you all. I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to Rove and the Emmett family.I never had the pleasure to meet Belinda but on learning of her passing a deep sadness overwhelmed me.I remember fondly watching Rove interview her on his show about her movie role The Nuggett.It really stood out how incredibly in love Rove and Belinda were.As a single mum at 34 who still hasnt found her soulmate it was truly enriching to see two souls so deeply connected.I look forward to one day having a man look at me the way Rove looked at Belinda.What they had is so rare and something to strive for.Belinda will never be forgotten.

I was at work this morning and I heard to customers talking about Belinda. I have always admired her for her courage and love of life. They told me the news and I nearly fell to the floor. I feel saddened today to hear the news that Belinda's fight has come to an end. She was too young and vital, and was an inspiration to so many people. One of her greatest gifts to Rove was the ability to draw from her strength and to walk with her to the end.
