The family and friends of Adriaan are warmly invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held at the Northcliffe Chapel of Hansen & Cole Funerals, 634 Northcliffe Drive, Kembla Grange on Thursday February 26 2009, to commence at 10am.

In lieu of flowers, donations are invited for Dementia Foundation, a box for this purpose will be located at the chapel door.
