The Family and friends of Afke are warmly invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held at the Bulli Chapel of Hansen & Cole, 257 Princes Highway, Bulli, Tuesday, 25th November, 2008, to commence at 12.00 noon.
The family request in lieu of flowers that donations be made to World Vision. A box for this purpose will be located at the chapel door.

Dearly beloved Wife of George (deceased) and Marten (deceased).
Much loved Mother and Mother-in-law of
Jellie and Bernard, Tina, William and Sharon.
An adored Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
Aged 90 years
