No flowers by request. Family prefer donations to Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute. Envelopes available at the service.

Passed away peacefully at Beleura Private Hospital,
at 4.20pm on June 26 2007 after a short illness.
Loving husband of Ann.
Loved father of Tony, Tracey and Allen Mark.
Loved step-father of Leeann.
Loved Grandad and Poppy of
Ben and Nicholas (both dec),
Maddison and Connor.
Loved Father-in-Law of Fiona and Grant
Loved brother of Jim and Frederick
Will be sadly missed by our four legged
children Toby and Buttons
