A Requiem Mass for the repose of Andrew's soul will be celebrated at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Berowra Heights, on Friday, 23rd October, 2009, at 10.30 a.m.
At the conclusion of the Mass the cortege will proceed to Macquarie Park Cemetery for his interment.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Leukaemia Foundation would be appreciated.
