The relatives and friends of Andy are warmly invited to attend his funeral service to be held at The Northcliffe Chapel of Hansen and Cole, 634 Northcliffe Drive, Kembla Grange, on Wednesday December 16, 2009, commencing at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers donations are invited to Wollongong Hospital Cancer Clinic, a bowl will be located in the Chapel.

Passed away peacefully on December 11, 2009.
