A private service and cremation was held for Andrew at Springvale Botanical Cemetery on Sunday March 7, 2010.

Phila left a remarkable impression – a true socialite, he was a bloke you only ever had to meet once and you would never forget him. A constant source of entertainment, he roamed a room with a massive smile and was the most loyal of friends. Phila will be deeply missed, and never forgotten, and gathering of friends is required to help celebrate a wonderful life.
