Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend a celebration of Anthony's life to be held on Wednesday, 11th November, 2009, at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Currie Road, Forestville, at 1.30 p.m.
The burial will be at Frenchs Forest Cemetery following the service.

Sadly passed away
5th November 2009
Aged 42 years.
He was a true fighter in every way.
Much loved husband of Annie
and adored father of Tyler.
Dearly loved son of Kaye.
Loved brother to Joanne and Steven,
brother-in-law to Robert and Delia and
uncle to Mitchell and Samantha.
A wonderful mate and colleague to so many people.
His love will stay in our hearts forever.
A special thank you to the wonderful caring staff
at Greenwich Palliative Care Hospital.
