The relatives and friends of ANTHONY are warmly invited to attend his funeral service to be held in the North Chapel of Northern Suburbs Crematorium, Delhi Road, North Ryde on Friday, June 9, 2006 commencing at 1.15pm.
In lieu of flowers donations to The Melanoma Foundation, R.P.A. Hospital, would be appreciated. A donation box will be available at the time of serice.

Aged 35 years, after a courageous battle.
