The family of Baby Alysha Chantel Baker extend an invitation to all those who knew and loved her to join them for her Funeral Service.
Following the Service the Cortege will proceed to the Strathalbyn Cemetery for the Committal, arriving at approximately 3.30 pm.
If desired in lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Alysha, may be forwarded to the McGuinness McDermott Foundation, Level 5, Samuel Way Building, Womens and Childrens Hospital, North Adelaide SA 5006. Donation envelopes will be available at the Service.

Our precious daughter, taken from us so suddenly on April 4, 2006. Aged 6 months.
