Obituary
Betty passed away peacfully in Long Jetty Hospital on Thursday 18th January 2007.
Late of Toowoon Bay Tourist Park, Betty was the beloved wife of Lance, devoted Mother to Sandra, Ian, Bruce Gordon, and a cherished Nanna to all her Grandchildren.
Betty was known for her selfless caring nature with a uderlying determination to get the job done.
One of the great joys of life for Betty were Lawn Bowls both playing, and in the area of administration where up until last year she held the position of Chairman of selecters at Bateau Bay.
Betty was also the inaugural president of the WAFS (peace time) association from 1951 to 1975, a women who had a zest for life.
Betty will be sadly missed and always loved by all who knew her.
