Obituary
Betty passed away peacefully at Brisbane Water Private Hospital on Tuesday July 7, 2009 in her 80th year. She lived for over 50 years at the family home in Umina Beach.
Betty Joan O'Heron was born on New Years Eve 1929 at Wellington NSW to Frederick and Winifred (nee Toohey) O'Heron. At the age of 19 years, Betty married her husband Victor Dennis James Fowles, known to all as Dennis. They were blessed with 5 children, Dianne, Dennis, Suzanne, Cheryle and Steven.
Betty was a much loved wife to Dennis (deceased) and an adored mother and mother in law to Dianne and Ivan, Dennis and Lesley, Suzanne and Kevin, Cheryle and Tom and Steven. A very special Nan to her grandchildren Theres-Michael, Adam, Skye, Tia, Brett, Brad, Chris, Leah, Shane and Glenn and great grandchildren Taylor, Amber, Zac, Levi, Conner, Te-Kori, Sienna and Cailin, Betty will be very sadly missed by her sister Aileen and all her family and many friends.
