A State Funeral will be held at St Pauls Cathedral, Cnr Flinders and Swanston Streets, Melbourne at 10.30am on WEDNESDAY 20 May 2009.
Relatives, friends, representatives of organisations and members of the public are welcome to attend. To assist with seating, it would be appreciated if persons wishing to attend could contact the Department of Premier and Cabinet (03) 9651-5026 or (03) 9651-0820 during business hours on Monday 18 May 2009.
A private cremation will be held following the State Funeral. No flowers by request. Donations can be made to The Royal Flying Doctors Service of Australia.

Flight Lieutenant Royal Australian Air Force 1941-1946, died.
