Cherished son of Glenis and Will, much loved little brother of Catherine, Russell and Caroline, beloved Uncle of Benjamin, Harrison, Lauren, Savannah, Naomi, William, Emily, Jessica, Thomas, Rebecca and Ella.
Passed from this earth on Sunday 5.2.2006. Chris, our beautiful son, you are now free. We have loved you and tried to protect you from harm since the time you were born. You were challenged from the start but we loved you all the more. Even though you struggled with a horrendous disease you kept a sunny smile on your face and a positive attitude. You had to endure the most relentless torment yet you optimistically fought this hardest of battles. People could not see your disease so they could not understand what you were going through. You kept your chin up though until the very end. Some would say that the disease won but we know that you won Chris because you are now liberated, free to scatter with the boundless molecules of nature, to travel on the wind to unlimited happiness and the sweetest wave ever. You will live always in our hearts.

Chris, you were always my innocent little brother.
I love you so much and wish you were still here. You have been a wonderful Uncle to my kids. You had the worst disease there is but you battled it with amazing courage. Thank God for Mum and Dad because even though you didn't want to burden anyone, they were always there to support you.
Please have a safe journey to wherever you are going
