The Family and Friends of the late Claude Troubridge Pattison are invited to attend his Funeral Service, to be held in the Simplicity Funeral's Chapel, 429 Main North Road, Enfield, on Tuesday, December 19, 2006, at 2.00pm.

In lieu of floral tributes, a donation to the Royal Society for the Blind would be appreciated.
