OFF TO PLAY SNOOKER IN THE SKY.........
CLIFF passed away suddenly on Tuesday 11 July 2006 at the age of 65 years young. Late of Tumbi Umbi formerly of Kingsford.
CLIFF, christened Clifford Anthony, was born on 3 April 1941 in Dagenham southern England to Henry and Kathleen (nee Ryan) Saunders. In 1966 CLIFF arrived in Australia and at the age of 28 married his beloved wife and best mate Jenny in Coogee. They had two children Donna and Peter.
A devoted dad, CLIFF will be sadly missed by Donna, Peter and Val, and he will always be beloved "Cliffy" to his grand daughter Becky. He will be very sadly missed by all his dear family and friends here in Australia and England.
CLIFF became an avid snooker player. A popular member of the team, he thoroughly enjoyed playing for his club "The Bold and The Restless" at the Mingara Club. He will be sadly missed by all his team mates.
