The Funeral will leave the Cathedral, following Prayers, for burial in the Gungahlin Cemetery, Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated for the Cancer Council of the ACT.
Envelopes will be available at the Cathedral.

Passed away peacefully at Canberra Hospital after a long illness.
Loved and loving wife of Patrick.
Much loved mother of Melissa, Ingrid and Rebecca.
Grandmother of Christopher and Michael.
Sister and sister-in-law of Marlou and Phillip.
Daughter of Antonius and Wilhelmina (both deceased).
Friend to many.
Patrick and his daughters which to express their appreciation to the staff of the hospital's Oncology Unit for their devoted and compassionate care.
