Passed away on Friday 5th May 2006, aged 53 years.
Damien was diagnosed with cancer in early February 2006 and passed away peacefully last Friday morning at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney. His family and friends would like to invite his friends to his funeral on Wednesday May 10, 2006 at Rookwood Crematorium, East Chapel, Lidcombe, at 9:45am. A wake will be held at the "Vic on the Park" Hotel located on the corner of Addison Road and Enmore Road, Enmore.
Damien will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends.
