A Mass by Father Michael O'Toole will be celebrated at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Northbridge. Following the Mass, the cortege will proceed to the Magnolia Chapel, Macquarie Park Crematorium, Plassey Road, North Ryde for a committal service at 3.00pm

David, at 77 years, passed away peacefully at Wesley Uniting Care, Manly on Wednesday February 28th 2007.
He was the loved husband of Pat, father of Mark and grandfather of Jessica and Corinne.
