The family and friends of David are invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held at the Camellia Chapel, Macquarie Park Cemetery, corner Delhi and Plassey Roads, North Ryde, on Monday, 7th April, 2008, commencing at 10.30 a.m.

A private burial will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sydney Neuro Oncology Group, North Shore Private Hospital, Westbourne Street, St Leonards NSW 2065.
