DAVID VAUGHAN MIDDLEHURST was born on the 5th February 1966 in Canterbury NSW to Jack and Joan Alice (nee Vaughan ) Middlehurst.
Beloved partner of Philippa (Pip)
Loved brother and brother-in-law to Jenny and Duncan Marshall.
Adored uncle to Eleanor, Kristie and Alex.
David passed away peacefully on the morning of Wednesday, September 26th, 2007 at Westmead Hospital.
He was 41 years old.
At Davids funeral his favourite song, The Sex Pistols - I Did It My Way, will be played in tribute.
