A state Funeral Service will be held for Don at St Paul's Anglican Cathedral, corner of Swanston and Flinders Streets, Melbourne on Saturday, September 2, 2006 commencing at 11.00 am.
A private Service for family and close friends will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinson's Australia or Oxfam would be appreciated.
A Sad Loss
Passed away at Epworth hospital in Melbourne
surrounded by family 28th August 2006,
from pneumonia,
after a long battle with parkinson's disease.
