Obituary
Dot passed away peacefully at Gosford Hospital on Friday June 12, 2009 at the age of 84 years. Although late of Woy Woy, Dot lived for many years at Kensington.
Doris Rona Thompson, Dot to all, was born on October 21, 1924 in Surry Hills to Archibald and Eleanor Thompson (nee Bennett).
Dot was a loving and devoted wife to Arthur and a much loved mother and mother in law to Bill and Vicki, Denise and Wayne. A dear grandmother and great grandmother to their families, Dot will be very sadly missed by her dear sister Dicey, brother Jim and all her family and friends.

I have known this lovely lady for 42 years and she was the best. Nothing was any trouble to her. Dot as I call her was such a loving and thoughtful person to me and everyone around her. I was so glad to have her as my mother-in-law. She loved all her grandchildren and great grandchildren very much. My years with this person will live in my heart forever and I will miss her very much. I had the greatest respect and love for her and hope she is loving care where ever she is going.. your loving daughter-in-law Vicki.
