Obituary
Dorothy passed away peacefully on Friday August 28, 2009 at Gosford Hospital at the age of 82 years, with all her family at her side. She was late of Bateau Bay.
Dorothy Ellen Bell was born on April 21, 1927 in Sydney to Henry and Mary (nee Courtenay) Bell. At the age of 25 years, Dorothy married her sweetheart Leslie Bounds at Glebe. They were blessed with four children.
Dorothy was a devoted wife to Les (deceased) and a much loved mother and mother in law to Ann and Terry, Jenny and Wayne, Mark, Paul and Lee. A proud grand mother to Jillian, Clint, Krista, Casey, Scott, Luke and Robert, Dorothy will be very sadly missed by her sisters Eileen, Grace, Mary, Tisha and Norma and by all her family and friends.
God looked around His garden
and found a special place.
He then looked down upon you
and saw your weary face.
He put his arms around you
and called you home to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful
because he only takes the best....
