Dorothy's family and friends are invited to attend her funeral service to be held in the East Chapel at Rookwood Gardens Crematorium on Thursday, October 18, 2007, commencing at 10.30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
