The Family and friends of Eddie are warmly invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held at Lakeside Memorial Park Chapel, Kanahooka Road, Kanahooka, on Friday 10 October, 2008, to commence at 2.30p.m.
Following the Service , the funeral will proceed to the Park for burial.
The family request in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Cancer Research. A box for this purpose will be located at the chapel door.

on October 6th, 2008.

Much loved Father and Father-in-law of

Adored Grandfather of 11 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.
