A service celebrating the life of Mrs Elma Jagger will be held at the John Allison/Monkhouse Chapel, 30 Frankston-Flinders Road, Frankston on Monday August 21 commencing at 10.00am.
This will be followed by a burial at Frankston Cemetery commencing at approximately 10.45am.
