A Funeral Service for the life of Geoffrey David Lewis will be held at the Southern Community Church of Christ, 2-12 Chesterville Road, Cheltenham on Monday, 7 September, 2009, at 2.00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Calvary Health Care, Bethlehem Hospital, would be appreciated.
The cortege will leave at the conclusion of the Service for the Cheltenham Cemetery, Reserve Road, Cheltenham for burial at 3.15 p.m.
