A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Mr Geoffrey Paul Polites will be held in the Olympic Room, Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on Monday, 28 April, 2008 at 11.00a.m. Parking at Olympic Park, access via footbridge enter Gate 3.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Royal Children's Hospital or the Cancer Council.
