Family and friends are warmly invited to attend the celebration of Hazel's life to be held on Thursday 29th June at Mary MacKillop Church, 12 Hardy Road, Birkdale, commencing at 10 a.m. Following this Service, Hazel will be laid to rest at the Mt Gravatt Cemetery.

Passed away peacefully on 23rd June, 2006 surrounded by her loving Family.
Aged 83 Years

Beloved wife of Hugh (deceased) and Tom (deceased).
Much loved Mother to Phil, Peter, Patricia (Bidy), Paul and Patrick.
