Hazel's family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at St Joseph's Catholic Church, 2 Missenden Road, Camperdown on Monday March 6th 2006 commencing at 9:30am. At the conclusion of the celebration, the cortege will proceed to the Northern Suburbs Crematorium, North Chapel, Delhi Road, North Ryde for a service commencing at 11:15am.
Obituary
Hazel passed away peacefully on Tuesday February 28th 2006, surrounded by her loving family. Sadly missed by all who knew her.
