The Funeral Service for Hazel will be held at Norwood Park Crematorium, 65 Sandford Street, Mitchell, on Thursday, 20th May, 2010, commencing at 10.30 a.m.

By request of the family, bright clothing to be worn.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Legacy would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
