BERT as he was known was born in the NSW mining town of Broken Hill on the 31st March 1930 to John and Christina May ( nee Williams ) Grogan.
At the age of 32 he was married to Dorothy Dell Littlefield in Liverpool NSW.
Bert was the loving father and father-in-law to Christine and Jeff and the proud pop to Matthew and Douglas.
He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
