Obituary
Bert passed away peacefully at Don Leggett House at Peninsula Village, Umina on Sunday August 9, 2009 at the age of 95 years.
Hertbert Harold Jessop, Bert to all, was born on June 27, 1914 in Parramatta to Herbert and Sarah (nee Williams) Jessop. At the age of 25 years, Bert married his sweetheart Maude Cotton in Parramatta. They were blessed with two children.
Bert was a much loved husband to Maude (deceased), loving father and father in law to Graham (deceased), Heather and Gordon. Dear Poppy to Suzanne, Michelle, Yvette, Andre, and Phillipe and great grandfather to their families, Bert will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends.
You never failed to do your best,
your heart was true and tender,
you simply lived for those you loved,
and those you loved, remember...
