Family and friends are invited to attend Jack's funeral service to be held on Thursday (February 11, 2010) in the Camellia Chapel, Macquarie Park Crematorium, Plassey Road, North Ryde, commencing at 10.30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers donations to the I.C.U., Royal North Shore Hospital, would be appreciated. A donation box will be present at the service.
