The funeral service to celebrate the life of Ms Joan O'Conner will be held in the Cordell Chapel, Fawkner Crematorium.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Australia Kidney Foundation.
Envelopes available at the Chapel.
Refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the Service.

Passed away peacefully 28 April, 2006 at Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Aged 69 years.
Joan, you were someone special. I have so many
happy memories of the times we shared over the years.
I will never forget you.
