A Service to celebrate the life of Mr John Edward Parsons will be held at our Frankston Chapel, 30 Frankston-Flinders Road, Frankston on FRIDAY (October 1, 2010) commencing at 10 a.m., followed by a burial at Frankston Cemetery.
