John's family and friends are invited to attend his funeral service to be held in the East Chapel of the Rookwood Gardens Crematorium, at Lidcombe, on Friday 29 June, 2007, at 11.15 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Sydney Cancer Centre Foundation, Professor Chris O'Brien would be great appreciated.

Passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2007,
late of Lidcombe.
