The Funeral Service of the late Mrs Karen Louise Beilby will be conducted at 2.00 pm on Monday March 27, 2006 in the Portside Community Church.
Following the Service, the Cortege will proceed to the Cheltenham Cemetery for the committal.
Flowers to the Church, or if desired in lieu of flowers a donation made in memory of Karen to the National Heart Foundation of Australia (S.A. Division), 155 Hutt Street, Adelaide, S.A. 5000 would be appreciated.
Envelopes will be available at the Service.
Aged 32 years
Passed away suddenly on March 18, 2006.
Dearly beloved wife of Peter.
