Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service for KEN to be held in the East Chapel, Northern Suburbs Crematorium, North Ryde, on Monday, 7 September, 2009, commencing at 11.30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers a donation to The Royal Institute of Deaf and Blind Children, North Rocks, would be appreciated by the family.
