There will be a service of celebration and thanksgiving for the life of Lindsay Chapman to be held in the Camellia Chapel, Macquarie Park Crematorium on Wednesday, 31st March, 2010, commencing at 10.30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinson's NSW would be appreciated.
