The Funeral Service for Mavis will be held in the Chapel of Eternal Rest, corner Weekes Avenue and Haslem Drive, Rookwood, on Monday, 20 July, 2009, commencing at 1.00 p.m.
Following the service, interment will take place in the ajoining lawn cemetery.
