Beloved son of David and Elise (both deceased). Loving father to Kerry, Debbie and David. Cherished brother to Colleen (deceased), Shirley, Kenneth and Josephine (deceased).
Maxwell sadly passed away at Westmead Hospital on the 21st July 2008, aged 70 years.
