held at the Wilson Chapel, Springvale Botanical Cemetery, Princes Highway, Springvale, on Thursday, 6 August, 2009, at 2.15 pm.
Donations to the Motor Neurone Disease Association would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
