Michael passed away peacefully at Liverpool Hospital on Tuesday March 24, 2009 at the age of 76 years. He was late of Ingleburn and formerly "Mick the Milko" at Revesby.
Michael was born on October 17, 1932 at Orbost in Victoria to Edward and Emily (nee Lunghuesen) Kavanagh. At the age of 26 years he married his sweetheart Patricia Orford Bolwell in Punchbowl. They were blessed with two daughters and a son.
Michael was a much loved husband to Patricia, loving father and father in law to Kerrie and Ian, Darren and Lorie and a special Poppy to David, Katie, Richard, Shaun and Wyatt. Michael will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends.
