Messages of Condolence
Michael,

You were a flawless mate. You were always there for me, you always made time for me and you always made me feel so welcome in your life. I feel honoured to have shared so many great moments with you.

From your skills in the kitchen (chilli mussels especially!) to drinks and laughs in the mirage outside the obi to seeing you with the biggest smile (so big it made us all laugh) in the crowd at southbound. I'm gonna miss our long conversations, I'm gonna miss having massive nights out with you and I just wish that you were still here.

You meant so much to me Dang that words don't really cut it.

You will always, always be in my heart.

Love Steph.xx

Michael,
I only started getting to know you more over the last few years, but during this time i have come to realise how kind and happy you always were. Whether it was having a beer with you at the pub, or some crazy shenanigan that we all embarked on, you were always there, joining in on the fun!

I remember a couple of times back in the day, when me and Kel used to get up to mischief and you would always be on our backs trying to suss out what we were up to - The time we went for a drive to get "ice-cream" and ended up coming home 3 hours later... and every time i would come around for dinner and you and kel would be having something i didn't like - you would drive back down to the shops to get me chicken!! I really do appreciate that... Take care of each other up there, and remember that i will always be thinking of you both!

My dearest friend dangalang. Words can't even describe how much I'm going to miss you. You were the best kind of friend a girl could ever ask for. Not only were you ALWAYS up for a night out, but you were there in the tough times too. You had the kindest heart and skills with the ladies that other guys could only dream of.

I'm so thankful that I have so many happy memories of you that I will treasure in my heart forever. You did so much for me, from picking me up in the middle of the night regularly to giving me a rose on valentines day because you knew no one else would have. You were just the best dang, I'm going to miss you every single day, but just a tiny bit more on Sundays when no one else will go to the ob with me, I will know you would have.

I love you dang, I hope you and Kel are having fun together, I know you will be.

Love always and forever your friend Chicken xxxxxxxx

Michael,

Throughout the many great years that we have been friends I have learnt so many things from the way that you lived your life and things that you told me and taught me. You made me realise that I did not need to make anybody else happy apart from myself; if I was happy then the people around me would be too.

You continually told me that it didn’t matter what score I got at school, as long as I had my family and friends and I was enjoying myself then that was all that mattered. The way you would do anything for anyone at anytime made me realise how lucky I was to have you in my life; the most genuine and special guy you could ever meet. I knew that if I needed someone I could ring you up and you wouldn’t hesitate to drive over, even if it was just sit to with me in your car at 3am.

We have so many wonderful memories, from simply laying together listening to music trying to remember the words, going for late night walks and the very tasty meals that you cooked. I will never forget these times Mike, you meant the world to me and I really will miss you everyday.

Loving you always Mikal,

Love Zar xxxx

Not many words can express how much you mean to me. You made my life better for being in it. I'll miss our conversations even if they were short they always made my smile. All the memories I have of you will stay with me forever. You were a great friend and big brother to me. The only comfort I have is knowing you are with Kel now.

Love ya always Mike

There is no reason why you were taken from us so early. Too early.

There are a million words, yet no words to describe how much you meant to me and all who were lucky enough to meet you.

I will forever treasure all of my loving memories of you. From the very most tender heart to heart moments to the ridiculously drunken, funny and often dodgy times.

Michael you were one of my best friends and I loved you very dearly. Your memory and spirit will live on with all your friends and family.

Be happy and Rest In Peace my dear friend.

Love forever

Michael,

You gave us no time to say goodbye. We see you on our back lawn dressing up in blue food colouring with Jason to be the two smurfs, and running out of fuel on the freeway before Em and Ben's engagement party, then running in the house and asking for advice on what shirt to wear. Your visits to our house always brought laughter. We will sit and have a beer with you again one day but until then you will always be in our hearts. We will always remember you as a fantastic young guy who loved life.

Love Malcolm and Arlene Stokes
