The relatives and friends of Jack (Mado) are invited to attend a Requiem Mass for the repose of his soul to be celebrated at St Francis Xavier Cathedral, Harbour St, Wollongong on Monday September 8th 2008, commencing at 11.00am. At the conclusion of the Mass, the funeral will proceed to the Lakeside Memorial Park, Kanahooka Rd, Dapto.
In lieu of flowers, donations are invited to St Vincent De Paul. A bowl will be provided at the church door.
