Passed away on September 25, 2009 at Nathalia Hospital. Loving wife of Darrell, loved mother of Helen Margaret, Graeme and Anthony, loved mother-in-law of Iris and Kaye and loving grandmother of Alexander, Erika, Andrew, Elizabeth, Alison, Michael and Georgina.

A Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate the life of Marion Isabel Oakes (late of Nathalia,) will be held at the Uniting Church (Chapel St.) Nathalia, Thursday October 1, 2009 at 11 am, followed by burial at Nathalia Lawn Cemetery.
