The Funeral Mass for Mr Nicola Scaffidi will be held at St Mary's Basilica, Yarra Street, Geelong on WEDNESDAY (June 27) at 2:00 pm, followed by burial at Eastern Cemetery. (new Boundary Rd Entrance).

Rosary will be prayed at Kings Chapel, 25 Myers Street, Geelong on TUESDAY (June 26) at 6:30 pm.

Nick passed away peacefully
in the arms of his daughters
at Geelong Private Hospital,
on June 24, 2007.

Beloved son of Paolo and Vincenza (both dec).
Devoted father of Vicky and Rosa.
Father-in-law of Carl and Toby.
Beloved husband of Giovanna for 43 years.

With tears we watched you suffer,
And watched you fade away,
With courage and concern for others,
You fought so hard to stay,
But God saw that you were weary,
And did what He thought best,
He gently took you in His arms,
And whispered come and rest,
We all love you Dad.
