A Friend To Many...
NORMAN passed away peacefully at Braeside Hospital on Wednesday 8th August 2007 at the age of 69yrs. He was late of Cartwright.
NORMAN was born on 11th October 1937 in Sydney to Arthur and Ilma (nee Lang) Mercer. At the age of 24 he married his sweetheart Dorothy Elliss (Dot) at Beverley Hills. They had 4 children.
NORMAN was a dearly loved husband and soul mate to Dot. A loved and proud father and father in law of Sharon and Claude, Todd and Orieta, Annette and Matthew, Scott and Rachael. He was a much loved Pa to Natalie, Tim, Patrick, Jacinta, Paulina, Kurt and Brendan. A dear brother and brother in law to Jim and Joan, Billy (deceased) and Shirley, Mervyn and Fay (both deceased), Ron (deceased), Gloria and Mervyn, Kay and Peter, NORMAN was also a very special uncle to their families.
A Life Member and Past President of the Liverpool City Bowling Club, NORMAN will be very sadly missed by all his team mates and many friends.
